Talentlogix draws upon a variety of reusable tools in the execution of project assignments.

Talentlogix THINK™
may be applied for talent strategy assignments. These tools are drawn from a range of resources available from the Human Capital Institute Human Capital Strategist Program. Talentlogix founder Jules Fauteux is a member of the Human Capital Institute.

Talentlogix PLAN™ may be applied for workforce planning assignments.  These tools have evolved from elements of Strategic Staffing – A Comprehensive System for Effective Workforce Planning co-produced by the Society for Human Resource Management and Tom Bechet.  Talentlogix has also developed proprietary workforce planning templates and learning materials which form Talentlogix PLAN™.

Talentlogix CHANGE™ may be applied for people function improvement assignments.  These tools are based on proprietary business process and technology frameworks and use the Prosci Change Management methodology.  Jules Fauteux is a Prosci Certified Change Manager.  Prosci terms and conditions apply to the use of Prosci tools. 

Talentlogix ENGAGE™ may be applied for engagement related projects. These tools are based on the experience of Talentlogix engagement consultants. They include reusable templates for social networking improvement programs, people related event management project plans, as well as great marketing ideas from the minds of Talentlogix practitioners.

Talentlogix GROW™ may be applied for recruitment assignments. These tools have evolved from a variety of recruitment related service providers including Linkedin, CareerBeacon, The Association of Professional Recruiters of Canada, and The Human Capital Institute. In 2008, Talentlogix enjoyed a candidate network of over 115,000 professionals. In 2009. this network grew to over 5 million. For national recruitment mandates, Talentlogix enjoys a privileged relationship with PROCOM Consultants and its network of 65 recruiters in Canada and the USA.
