Talentlogix is committed to the environment and to behaving in a responsible way which supports local and global sustainability initiatives.  Although we are a small company we believe that our attitudes and actions can make a difference to the health of our planet.  The following are few examples of how we behave in an environmentally responsible way:

• We think before printing and encourage others to do so
• We typically produce deliverables in softcopy
• We invoice electronically wherever possible
• We maintain an on-line resume database and do not accept applications on paper
• We regularly use teleconferencing to avoid travel and associated waste
• We regularly apply low power consumption settings to our information technology tools
• We realize that the world is learning how to be eco friendly and we are learning too
• We publicize our sustainability policy on our web site and invite feedback to sustainability@talentlogix.com
