Talentlogix is committed to protecting the privacy of the individual personal information that we collect, use, and disclose.

Talentlogix is a Human Resource Management Consulting firm and collects personal information necessary to provide recruitment services to our clients. By choosing to provide us with personal information, you have indicated your willingness to disclose this information to Talentlogix and when appropriate, to be considered, for recruitment opportunities with our clients.  If we determine that you would be an appropriate candidate for a position with one of our clients, we will request your permission to disclose your personal information to that client.

We may also collect personal information from third parties for references, to verify background, and validate credentials on behalf of our clients.  In accordance with the Personal Information Privacy and Electronic Documents Act we obtain written permission in order to attain this third party information.

Talentlogix has put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and organizational security procedures to safeguard all personal information.   

We will use our best efforts to ensure that individual personal information in our possession is accurate, complete, current, and reliable for its intended use.  We will also use our best efforts to protect that information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, and alteration.
